Thank you for choosing to book with Millie’s Messy Mayhem! We’re excited to have you join us.

Millie’s Messy Mayhem offers a variety of play sessions (“Sessions”) for children of all ages, from babies to toddlers to young children.

You can learn more about the Sessions we offer on our website at milliesmessymayhem.com.

When we use words like “Millie’s Messy Mayhem,” “we,” “us,” and “our,” we are referring to Millie’s Messy Mayhem LTD.

When we use words like “you” and “your,” we mean the parent or legal guardian booking a Session for their child.

This document, or “Terms,” applies to anyone who wishes to use our website or book a Session.

By accepting these Terms and submitting a booking, you enter into a legal contract with us.

If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to access our website or book a Session.

Your Responsibility

Your child’s safety during their time with Millie’s Messy Mayhem is your responsibility.

Messy play involves some risk, and you are responsible for assessing any risks to ensure your child’s safety. Millie’s Messy Mayhem does not assume liability for any harm or injury.

You must ensure that neither you nor your child have symptoms of COVID-19 before attending class. If you or anyone in your household is symptomatic (e.g., fever, cough, loss of taste or smell), you must not attend. Class leaders may turn you away if they believe you are symptomatic.

Follow all safety measures outlined by your class leader during the Session. If you do not comply, you may be asked to leave.

Your Booking

Bookings are processed through the booking system, Stripe. To complete your booking, we will need your name, address, email, phone number, emergency contact, and your child’s name, date of birth, and any allergies or medical conditions.

You can only book Sessions through the booking page page on our website. The cost for each Session will be clearly stated. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

All Sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis.

These Terms may be updated occasionally. If changes are made, we will notify you of the updates and their effective date. Continued use of our website or attendance at Sessions after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your Information

We collect and store your personal details as part of your booking. We will handle this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Occasionally, we may take photos of your child during Sessions for promotional purposes. By accepting these Terms, you consent to this. If you prefer us not to take photos, please inform us during registration or as soon as possible afterward.

The contract for our Sessions is between Millie’s Messy Mayhem and the parent or legal guardian booking. If you cannot attend, you may appoint an alternative person to attend with your child, but please inform us ahead of time.

Our Sessions and Liability

Our Sessions are led by trained staff who determine the content of each Session. We reserve the right to change or add activities as necessary.

We make every effort to offer a high-quality experience but cannot guarantee that every feature will be equally popular with all children. If you are unhappy with a Session, please contact us at hello@milliesmessymayhem.com.

Nothing in these Terms will limit or exclude our liability for injury, death, or fraud. We are not liable for any injury or illness resulting from allergies if you did not disclose relevant information when booking.

Cancellations

If a Session is cancelled due to illness or other uncontrollable factors, we will offer an alternative Session. Refunds may be offered at our discretion, but we prefer to arrange alternative dates. Please note that a booking fee (charged by Class for Kids) may be deducted from any refund.

We are not liable for any system infections or other damages caused by viruses or other issues from using our website.

Website and Intellectual Property

The content and framework of our website, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Millie’s Messy Mayhem. You may use the website for booking purposes but cannot use it for any other purposes without our permission.

This Contract

We will send updates or notices about our Sessions, Terms, or Privacy Policy via email or on our website. These notifications will be considered legally binding.

If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain valid. We may replace unenforceable terms to comply with legal requirements.

By submitting your booking and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that no other promises or representations have been made outside of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
